Yorktown Apartments Mailroom Renovation

As project manager and senior associate at Antunoich Associates, Nathan led enhancements to two key resident spaces—the amenity area and mailroom—at the Yorktown Apartments, a multi-family complex with spacious, modern rentals. (See photos of the amenity area renovation.)

The amenity room received several upgrades to expand its offerings, including a new putting green, pool table, quiet lounge area, and an enhanced fitness space. The outdated mailroom was completely redesigned to be functional for Amazon deliveries. The new design features lockers of various sizes to accommodate modern package delivery needs, and thanks to coordination from the local post office, this design meets all postal regulations. Plus, a large quartz countertop now provides residents with a convenient space to sort mail and chat with their neighbors.
