Northside Villas

This low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) project, which Nathan designed while serving as project manager at TWG Development, will be completed in Fall 2025 and consist of 42 apartment units with a separate standalone clubhouse. It’ll incorporate a mix of apartment sizes and unit types to meet all state and funding requirements. The framing was designed to be largely prefabricated off-site using floor cassettes and wall panels.
