This low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) project will consist of 52 apartment units and shared amenity spaces. These will include a residents-only internet cafe, a community garden, an outdoor patio, and a play space for kids. Though a challenging site from a zoning and parking perspective, it’ll bring much-needed affordable housing units to the area. The project is expected to be completed in December 2025. Nathan is leading the project in tandem with Timo Architecture, a multi-family firm that Westhaven partners with.
