Napora Townhomes

With Spokane calling for more housing in existing neighborhoods, these 2,200-square-foot townhomes reflect that vision perfectly by maximizing living space within a compact footprint.

The land was once a standard-sized residential lot on Spokane’s South Hill. For this project, the land was subdivided into four separate, narrow lots, creating four attached townhomes with shared walls.

Each townhome’s main floor has a sophisticated living area and an open floor plan with a sleek kitchen, cozy dining area, powder room, and laundry room. Expansive windows and thoughtful lighting design create bright, spacious-feeling interiors. On the second level are three generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms—including a private primary suite with a micro-deck for an elevated outdoor retreat.

Beyond the main living quarters, each unit includes a detached garage with a 500-square-foot accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on the second story. The studio-style ADU features an open design and a small, covered deck looking out onto the mountains to the north.
