Elm Creek Townhomes

Prior to re-development, Elm Creek had been a single-family property on largely vacant land. As project manager and senior associate at Antunovich Associates, Nathan focused on transforming it into 58 spacious units, each ranging from 1,800 to 2,700 square feet. This project required an extensive entitlement process, including a map amendment to allow multi-family housing on the previously single-family zoned site. This involved multiple city council presentations, community outreach meetings, and collaborative planning with local residents to address concerns and integrate the development thoughtfully into the neighborhood.

The completed development features a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhomes, each designed with high-end fixtures and finishes. Every unit includes both a welcoming front porch and a private second-floor balcony, plus a two-car garage. Beyond the homes, the community offers multiple gathering spaces with fire pits and BBQ areas, along with access to a shared gym and pool, creating an environment that balances luxury living with community and connection.
