Artesian Place Townhomes

This low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) project consists of the new construction of (5) buildings, containing a mix of 1 and 2-story townhomes for a total of 34 units, in addition to a clubhouse and daycare. Tenant amenities include a community room with kitchenette, wellness center, outdoor playground, and bike storage.

The project is designed to achieve a National Green Building Standard Silver Rating. Estimated construction completion is August of 2026. A future phase of this project is expected to add six single-family homes through Habitat for Humanity, connecting to the townhomes with a shared circular drive aisle.
