Polaris at Eastgate

Polaris at Eastgate is a large podium, mixed use project that Nathan led during his time in Washington state. This project features 355 low-income apartment units, an early learning center, and two floors of underground parking. Site constraints included significant topography, roadway noise, fire separation distances, and complying with local zoning ordinances.
